hi,

i can understand your situation, but do not worry a bit as the diagnose has been done and your son is already on meds ,so everything is going to be fine.

from what i hear is that in locah kids there is some harm done to the growth of the kid because of non medication since birth, but dr.’s are now going to balance your elder son’s imbalance in growthrate with meds  so that further harm couldnt be done and he will grow naturally.

i havnt heard of nccah but i think this defficiency is commonly known as swcah in which sodium drops down and you have to give sodium chloride(salt) in the first year to coop with the sodium levels of your kid.

rest leave to god, there are other immensely dangerous diseases around and thank god that your son has just swcah.

stop worring and enjoy the being of the new born.
