both my girls with SWCAH had chicken pox this winter (aged 1 and 3).  I had to stress dose with both due to temperatures.  The eldest was hospitalised but this was because the temperature caused febrile convulsions.  Apart from this both reacted the same way as any other child and we treated both as such.  We don’t have the vaccine in UK.  I recommend a handful of bicarbonate of soda in the bath twice daily. better getting it now than later in life.
