I can’t help you with the CAH specialist in Ohio but I can tell you what I was on each time I conceived.

Dexamethasone: 0.25mg
Florinfef: 0.1mg

After the first one, I was dx’d with hypothytroid and put on synthroid. I can’t remember the dosage but I am now on 0.112mg.

During the pregnancies, the dex and florinef went up (topping out at 1.0mg of dex and 0.25mg of florinef). After delivery, I went back down slowly to my normal dose.
