i am not a doc but i think that cah defficiency caused due to dropping of sodium in the body ,they call it  salt wasting cah.in that case the patient has to be given sodium suppliments to infants and extra salt to adults.

if i am wrong with my assumption i feel the need to be corrected by somebody who knows it right.
