I will need to get permission to pass this on to you but can’t foresee a problem as it will be published very shortly anyway.  As  stated, the conference did not focus much on the medical management aspects of CAH (due to the 2002 consensus statement on CAH)  but it was mentioned with the other conditions in regard to surgical and psychological issues, where it was recognised there is need for better communication, understanding and support.
