Usually to change any human concept takes a long time. In this particular case may take longer than two generations because of the intersex connotation that CAH has erroneously acquired and because anything related to sex produces an incredible curiosity in all of us.  Any new terminology that will include the word "sex" will produce the same effect sooner or later. It may appear as a synonymous for hermaphrodites one day.  Any new aspect or definition for CAH needs to avoid the sex word; otherwise we will be at the starting point again.  I am sure that we can do better this time.
