I have 2 daughters with SWCAH and have never thought of them as being ’intersex’ or whatever you want to call it.  like others my concentration has been on the enzyme deficiency and this is how I describe their condition.  their enlarged clitorises are simply that, obviously not something i mention but this is only a part of their condition not what it is about nor should it be a way to explain CAH.
