I’m very sorry to hear that you are going through so much right now.   

You mentioned in your post that you checked the CARES Web site for information on doctors.  If memory serves (and it doesn’t always!), that information wasn’t on their site before the server went down either-I think you might have to call for it.  Their phone number is 866-CARES37. 

I hope you find an endocrinologist that understands your needs and makes you feel heard.
