Ian to ElaineI grew up in the 80’s and I was over dosed as a child it now seems to be a legacy of cah. I now have osteoporosis. When you look back all they had to do was 24 hr monitoring to see if the meds needed increasing but some docs didn’t have the brains then. Even the endo was reluctant to believe it was the steroids until I told him otherwise. Of course things have changed like blood filter papers to monitor etc and now we are in the digital age results are more accurate. It is only now the long term effects of steroids are being realised but thats the way it goes.
All the best
Ian
