I’ve read studies for years that write about females w/ CAH higher on the prader scale do Id as females - studies from the John Money era and CAH was called adrenal genital syndrome. Yes, I do ID as female and slicing up my external genitals  did nothing but make an opening  .....it’s an adrenal gland condition and this has been done over and over- the focus on gender gave me a whooping complex - it’s like stuff you like anyway but the "experts are there to study when it’s enough already and women that don’t have CAH do all sorts of things that are cross gendered but when someone with CAH does it - you feel the microscope looming in - she picked the cherry apple lip gloss .....hummm why? see she bought those combat boots becasue she is male like ...yeah how about they are the most comforable boots one is going to wear and are for work but go great with jeans and a baby doll T -shirt. Yep - for the most we don’t want to be guys for the most part  any higher or not that much higher than the general population.

Like guy things but in a female way- I think the Ford thunderbirds from the 1960’s are the most sensual cars because of the lines and not really the way a guy would think about it.

I have a real complex about gender and never felt good enough as a female because of all the experts and there focus on it ..they judged me with every genital exam " We have to make sure it’s OK" and judge me with the way I look even now" is that a new look for you? I like it"

When does CAH become an adrenal gland condition that holds its own.

My metabolism via CAH is what I would love to know what is going on - EAT GAIN . Have cancer as you know and did really well knock on wood Props to the adrenal gland. But I have a feeling that the thyroid (taking synthroid )  getting attacked by the immune system ...stupid immune system attackes the thyrois and my small ? intestine (celiac sprue no wheat/ gluten ) is to much for the adreanl gland. I’m sitting here writing this in a blue tank from the Gap and tan clam diggers - went dancing with 23 year olds & and we were getting down ...yeah yeah female yeah works for me but a small % it doesn’t and I’m glad that teching hospital did what until I was 5 before the surgeon wacked away to see that yep she does seem Ok w/ the female gender.

Low cortisol and hypoglycemia scares the hebe je be out of me along with and not sure but reading diabetes  may  result w/ long term steriod use?
