Fiona, tell your endo it has been proven to work and if he wants to learn more to contact Professor Peter Hindmarsh at Great Ormond Street Hospital, London.  My son is living proof it works..... it really is only giving the hydrocortisone by a different method, slowly and continuously at a rate set to suit the person’s metabolism, following the circadian rhythm.   I believe the CARES newsletter will feature an article as will the UK CAH support group who have already published my son’s story.  It is great it does work and I so wish you could have one to at least try.
