Hi Kelly, Sorry to hear of this latest news with regard to your daughter.  Are you sure this one test was accurate though?  My boys (one with CAH and one without)took part in a research study last year on CAH and insulin resistance.  They had blood tests taken throughout the day, after initially starving and then taking lucozade at certain intervals to see how fast it cleared and as far as both my boys went, there was little difference in the results. 

I will write to the doctors involved in this study to see if the paper is out yet and whether they did actually find that more children with CAH than the controls proved positive to insulin resistance.  I will let you know the result and if the paper is out, will send it on.
