What if you were to decide to have the adrenalectomy

 

1. And you find you are in a no win situation as you still have high 17 OHP levels

 

2. They find a better treatment, like the pump? or the new slow release? Stem cell?

 

3. Addison’s = Same drugs, same side effects, more chance of adrenal crisis.

 

To me the answer is better monitoring, more testing to ENSURE the dose is right! and not just with a one off test either but a proper profile.
