What’s up?

After looking thru my medical records ultrasound from the cancer when it was just a mass - also noted was a cyst which I guess would also be PCOS right? because the ER nurse noting the cyst on the report put PCOS and I’m like naw no I don’t have that nobody told me ! but does make sense not shocked myself about insulin resistance after reading all of these posts.
