I hope no one minds me asking, but I’m just curious who is here.
I have an 18 mo daughter with swcah. She was diagnosed a few hours after birth. Other than going into adrenal crisis at 3 weeks, she’s been fairly healthy since then. We struggled to get rid of thrush for months. She had minor surgery (vaginoplasty??) at 10 months and has recovered beautifully.
We’re now at the point where we’re thinking about having more kids. We also have a 3yo daughter who does not have cah. I would love to have more kids, and I know my husband would like to have a boy...but the first few months with my daughter were very stressful and I dont know if I want to go through that again. HOWEVER, if I did have another child with cah, I would be MUCH more prepared this time.
