We have a 7 year old SWCAH daughter, a 5 year old daughter and a 3 year old daughter.  Our 7 year old is the only one with CAH.  We didn’t let CAH stop us having any more children, I was relieved that the other two didn’t have CAH, however I would have been more prepared second time around and I always thought that in some ways it would have been beneficial for our eldest daughter to have a sibling with CAH.   I have always been a little bit worried about the nonCAH girls resenting the CAH daughter because of extra medical attention she gets but we haven’t seen any evidence of this yet.
