I had surgery (clitoral recession/vaginoplasty) when I was 8.  I’m 23 now. 

Intercourse is comfortable and I have orgasms without a problem.  I think the loss of sensation is very minor in my case, but I would be kind of surprised if there wasn’t any loss at all considering what was done.  I obviously can’t offer a before and after comparison so there is no way to really tell.  I can tell you that the surgery didn’t interfere with my ability to enjoy sex and everything works well so I’m quite happy with the result.
