In the past couple years I’ve went through about 3 or 4 endos. My steroid levels have been adjusted many times. I am a 20 year old female. The first time my steroids was changed I weighed about 140lbs. The doctor upped my dose of Prednisone to 7.5mgs a day. Which I later found out was way too much. By the time I got to a compitent doctor I had gained 40lbs in about 6wks and my blood pressure was 170/120. Now I am taking 10mgs on Cortef in the morning and 5mgs at night. I have cut my florineff dosage now half of a .1mg pill.

Now I have been really tired and I will wake up in the morning with my blood pressure up. My blood pressure also tends to go back up around 8 at night. I know your blood pressure goes up when you are on too much medication, but what about when you arent on enough??

Does anyone have any thoughts on this issue?
