Our first child has SWCAH.  My husband and I have petty much decided we would like another child.  We have not had any genetic testing done.  We currently just moved also. 

Do I need to find an OBGYN first?  Do they need to be specialized in genetics?

How do I find someone to do the genetic testing?  Do I need to be referred?  Does insurance cover?

To those who have taken dex did anyone not have any of the bad side effects or is pretty much the way that it is inability to sleep, excessive weight gain, stretch marks,
