If your daughter was at home and she got into something that Poison Control said that she needed Ipecac, would you give it? I would and at the same time I would be giving the Solu-Cortef.  I would sign the letter for the preschool with instructions that you are to be called before it is given, so you can call the Endo and the ER to tell them that she is on the way. 

Having taken Ipecac it makes you vomit may times. So I would inject to be on the safe side.
