Donna have you tried splitting your fludro dose? Or taking it in the morning.  How accurate is your monitor?  Why not ask to have a 24 hour blood pressure monitoring?  I would go back and talk to your endo....... saying this at least your endo takes blood pressure!! My son’s endo doesn’t and he is a salt loser. Have you have had a renin level done?  When you are on too little medication, renin goes high, your blood pressure drops and you get dizzy when standing etc. It may be worth trying to take the hydro in 3 doses and the fludro in two.
