We asked our son’s endo who he recomended for genetic counseling. We had our son and my husband and myself tested. My son has two changes and they are the same changes that my husband and I have. Only a small portion of the testing was coverd by insurance. I think we payed around $800 for all three of us. It is good that we have had this done because when we have our second they will now exactly what they are looking for.

My OB would not do anything different other than send me to a high risk OB for all my ultasounds. When you are on dex treatment and undergo a amnio or CVS you put yourself in a "high risk" catagory. At least that is what they tell me here. ( I am just outside Chicago)
