I have two sons and both have non-salt losing cah.  My second triggered the test at birth but did not have elevated levels for his second test.  I would just watch his growth...if he grows rapidly, at the 90th percentile or higher you may want to do a repeat cah blood draw test.  The good news is that he is most likely a non-salt loser if he has it at all.  Salt losers go into adrenal failure. 

 

I agree with Michele too.  Premature babies can have elevated levels.  In addition, if your baby had significant bruising that can raise levels as well.
