I think we’re talking about what I call Arimidex?  Where do you people live?  Leigh, my son is pretty similar to yours.  He was diagnosed at almost 8 but he’s just a carrier so I had a hard time getting him treated and his bone age went from 7 to 10 in 6 months or so.  Since he’s been treated - cortef and Arimidex, his bone age has been pretty stable and now it’s about 11 1/2 which is his age.  He’s about 4’10" and may just be starting puberty.  About the height - I wouldn’t trust anyone about height.  We’re both tall too, my husband’s 6’2" and I’m 5’6" and my daughter had early puberty and everyone said she’d be 5’5" and she’s 5’2".  Their bone age can really advance fast at puberty.  I also would not be swayed by a kid’s reluctance to take shots.  The doctors appealed to my daughter and said, "You don’t want to take shots every month do you?" but now she says she would have taken the shots.  I didn’t push it because they didn’t tell me she would lose height and I thought the only issue was puberty from 8 thru 11 instead of later.
