My son has been taking dexamethasone intensol and flourinef since his diagnosis. In fact, his dosage hasn’t changed in that five year period.  Now our endocrinologist said that his growth outcome would be the same result whether he took the shot or letrozole.  You feel that this wasn’t the case with your daughtger?  Is it possible to take letrozole for a period and if bone age gets out of hand to go to the shot?  That was a question which popped in my head after our appt....figures!  Why did you choose to use letrozole with your son rather than the shot?  Is it because of his chronological age-bone age match?

We live in Washington state and the boys, both sons have cah, travel to Seattle to see their endocrinologist.
