You are welcome. I should prob also have clarified (as Bonnie mentioned) that Lupron works on the pituitary gland, not the adrenal glands. At the start of puberty in a boy, the testosterone that is the biggest problem is what comes from the testicles, not the adrenal glands. The androgens produced in the adrenal glands would be suppressed by whatever glucocorticoid your son takes (hydro, dex, or pred).

Also, androstenedione does eventually get converted to estrogen, but andro is an adrenal hormone. So, controlling andro production would also be the job of the hydro/dex/pred...not the Lupron.
