I don’t have CAH so I’m not sure on the effects of medication on your baby.  However, when I was pregnant with my first child (CAH) I was so tiny, just a tiny bump and she was 8lb8oz.  With the 2nd pregnancy I was enormous, popped out really early and I thought I was going to have a monster - a delicate little 6lb12oz.
