LizLaura,
From what I have been going through I have had to increase my medication only a little bit. Although it depends on the CAH and how well you have maintained your child. I have been taking prednisone for several years now and I was taking 5.5 one day and 7.5 the other day to maintain my levels better. Now I am having to take 10 mg every single day and I have not had to up my florinef because of the fact that I am doing good with my salt levels. As far as the pregnancy goes when it comes to me giving birth, I was told by my Endo that I am probably going to have to have a C-section, but my OB has said we’ll see. I’m not really wanting to have my child vaginally to begin with. They also have told me that it depends on how your pelvic bone is, so it could be different with your child. I know that when I do go into labor, I will have to have to take solu-cortef when I am in labor. And as for breast feeding both of my doctors have told me I will be able to do it, but I will still have to watch what I eat and drink. I hope that everything that I have said will help you out. Your questions are not dumb because there is no such thing as a stupid question ;-)
Liz
