Hi All,  Has anyone ever had to deal with bouts of sudden blood pressure and wondering if you should give "the shot" of solu-cortef??  I will research this better.  My daughter took her 21mths old swcah daughter to the endo for a routine check-up and while there her blood pressure was 147, last week she just had a smooth sailing appt. with the Doc who specializes in this area and got a good report.   She is supposed to have surgery in July which was postphoned because of extremely high blood pressure she was put on blood pressure meds and her florinef was lowered and the pressure came down, she was slowly weaned of blood pressure meds and now this.  I know everyone reacts differently to lifes challenges, but we didn’t expect this and we were surprised to say the least, my daughter has her own blood pressure pediatric cuff and will check it at home, I guess we will just routinely need to check this again.     Has anyone ever thought about unexpected high blood pressure and if it ever is advisable to give the shot??  High Blood Pressure can carry a heavy price to pay if not treated.  Help me figure this out please.   Thanks, Shireen
