Nope, don’t hold the urine and never did- actually never could sure tried then I’d hold it and if I really had to go and tried to hold it then would end up having an accident.  Disney Land w/ waiting for rides was not a good thing at times becasue when you got to go you got to go.   Always had some leakage - even without trying to hold it and having to go just a little. So many educated hands in there and their surgeries w/ rerouting the whole thing. Urethraplasty to the vaginoplasty ..yeah anyway must better yep they hold their urine and that’s why the leakage.

Hold it then it comes back with way to much force.

Try to hold it and start sweating.  

As a kid, I’d yell at at a six foot tall man to get out of the bathroom becasue I needed it- NOW!
