We have twin fraternal sons who are 5 mos old. We just noticed one of our boys who incidently has a bigger penis and scrotum, has peach fuzz on his scrotum. I had never seen anything like this before so we looked up on the internet to determine what might cause this and came up with CAH. We rushed to our doctor who is running some blood work. I am so anxious waiting for the results. Is there anything we should look out for while we are awaiting the results? ie adrenal shock? what might symptoms be? is it possible it is salt wasting or is it not likely that since we havent seen any other symptoms.  He eats well and is big for his age (bigger than his twin). any advice would be helpful as we are so worried.
