keep your fingers crossed that your son doesnt has cah,but if at all the the dr.’s diagnose him to be a cah  there is nothing to panic about.

normally there is adrenal crisis when  a cah defficient kid is not being medicated,but since he is with his doctors now and will be medicated according to the diagnose, there is little chance that he will go in crisis.

i am not a specialist but if your son was a salt loser cah he might have been diagnosed within the first 2 months of his birth so it is quite possible he could be a non swcah ,which is even better.

having enlarged penis is one sigh of having cah and sometimes some babies also have seizures and go lathargic.

for my concern if you can ellaborate what do you mean exactly when you said (peach fuzz) that would be helpful for us to understand.
