NATURAL THERAPIES ARE THE BEST WAY TO GO. Iam a masseuer, Reiki practioner. I use all natural therapies to help me get through SWCAH at 35. I do reflexology, bowen therapy, lymphatic drainage, Reiki, deep tissue massage meditation. I go for chiropratic. I use homeopathic remedies, Bach Remedies and general natural therapies.
It does help especially meditation as it calms the body down and stress is alot less and i am a Breakfast Chef so i know what stress is like. And it does work.
