I completely sympathize with you and understand the germ phobia!  We carry hand sanitizer everywhere we go, don’t share any food/drinks, etc.  We have also caught just about every bug that has come around this year....colds, flu - both stomach and head congestion.  We have never experienced such a sickly winter season. Hang in there, summer is around the corner!
