I dose him upon waking, at about 3:30 and at 3 AM.  Everytime he’s taken cortef before bedtime he doesn’t grow at all and now his growth has been much better.  That’s basically it.  He’s 11 and he’s a pretty heavy sleeper too but I just have to nudge him until he opens his mouth and swallows the pill.  Since I started doing it his bone age has stayed the same, he’s grown pretty well and is still very slim so it seems to be working well for us.
