My kids went to sleep early too-  I just gave them the night dose when they went to sleep, even if it is 7:00.  My kids slept 12 hours for a long time.  They did fine.  I still give them the dose when they wake up, at 2:00ish or 3:00 when they are in shcool and at bed time.
