I recommend the oral syringes.  We order them from Baxa.  I don’t have the number right now but you can find it on the internet.  There is no need to crush the meds.  Just slip the pill in the syringe, suck up some water and let it dissolve.  Then squirt into your child’s mouth.  My daughter doesn’t wake up for this.  She just automatically closes her mouth around it and drinks.  Then we suck up milk several more times and squirt it in to make sure we get it all.  The mile is an effort to coat the stomach so the meds don’t damage it.  Good luck!~  Julia
