My daughter is 18 yrs and SWCAH diagnosed at birth. 8 is definitely too young for puberty signs....sounds like her meds are too low...I agree with the general observations i have seen here...sounds like you have a very lax endo, definitely time for a second opinion. Good, knowledgeable endos are hard to find, but definitely worth the effort once you find one. And ANY good endo is going to have bloodwork done on the average of every 6 months with a CAH child, and probably more often than that with the symptoms your daughter exhibits...
