I’ve had my ears pierced twice and they got infected both times. Once was when I was like 12 the other when I was 15. I had gold the first time and silver the second and it they still got infected. When I was 19 I got pierced with surgical steel and I got really badly infected by that. I don’t know if it has anything at all to do with CAH I just think I’m sensitive holes being put in my body. Tattoos on the other hand I don’t have any problem with. I have four and they’ve never caused me any problems so I don’t know what it has to do with.
