Bonnie I am sure the doctor mentioned by myself would work with your doctor, you will need someone in London for emergency care!  Also what about schooling, this must be so difficult for you I am sure.  Awful starting again, we have changed countries three times now, so do understand how you feel.  Good luck.  Kathy
