Thanks!  What drugs are not available in the UK?  My son takes Cortef and Arimidex.  My daughter’s a pretty straightforward case of PCO.  She takes Yasmin (a birth control pill) and Metformin.  I don’t have to take her in very often and it’s just bloodwork and a quick exam.  My son is more tricky because I think the CAH labs aren’t always reliable (I know that Cornell doesn’t trust other labs) and there’s the bone age which has to be read by someone knowledgeable - preferably the same person every time, and they’re supposed to be measured by the same person on the same scale every time.  But I will definitely make an appointment with Dr. Hindmarsh.  My son’s also being watched for puberty and everytime one of the doctor’s assistants checks him they say he’s going into puberty but when she checks him she says there’s no change!
