There is a Dr Mike Ryalls at the Royal Surrey Hospital, but to be honest I think you would probably be better off travelling to Great Ormond Street in London to see Prof Hindmarsh, as suggested by Kathy as they do have a full mulitidisciplinary team (connected to the UCLH).   I know for a fact that he does have patients on Arimidex too, although blood tests are generally only performed on an annual basis (unless there is a cause for concern). 

Sarah Creighton is also one of the gynecologists attached to this team, who is a lovely lady and will no doubt be able to help your daughter (you may have heard of her?).  If you have any problems, let me know but if your husband has a 6 month contract with an employer in this Country, you should be able to register for free treatment on the NHS.  Both these doctors also have private consultations rooms, if not.
