If you want really good care in the UK with the personal touch, get to see the consultant each time and get good follow up treatment, go private.  There are long waiting lists on the NHS, bloods take weeks and weeks to come back and it then hard to get hold of the results, you have to continually chase for them, clinics get cancelled so you get an alternative appointment given which can be months ahead.
