my 9months old swcah girl having same problem.her pediatric consaltan said that because she only use to medical staff and she didn’t had a good experience because of all the blood tests.so i try to take her out more often and finding, it is the same. she cannot stand strangers.

she never ever smile at a stranger whatever funny faces they make.
