Dear Megan,

Thanks, it was my health care insurance. All I wantedto do was find out how the pre- existing part worked and had some that were just going on and on in a cold flat tone - not customer orienated for problem solving. I just put the phone aside after telling one woman "Hon, really no reason for you to talk in that hostile tone." breath and I called back to talk with another that use the same attitude - so instead of getting mad yelling back at Ms. COLD THING part of the we relish in saying no first and not explaining the customers actual policy to solve the confusion  . I just put the phone to the side and cried - felt darn good too : ) then called back got a guy that actually standed to explain and then another lady that explain more and having to wait for the pre existing part wasn’t as long compared to the first to that just went nope, nope which as a customer was harsh and left me hanging. Din’t have to actually wait as ong as a i thought from the first two becasue when I thought about it? a light bulb realization that I’ve aready been hooked up with them for a couple of months already and the wait wasn’t that long. crisis over and the cry did make me feel better : ) i used to get mad butthen it seem like this darn thyroid will swell up more and that is uncomfortable. Now, I just breath, cry, and do yoga : ) mellow. Can’t afford for another condition to pop -up ....I never call them diesease but that I would be covered for right off  hehehe.

Yes, those privacy policies are a laugh- i was in a docs office 4 years ago and the lady behind the desk told me that I looked like patient so and so ....i cringed as i looked at the Hippa privacy law paper stabled to the wall next to here and the small thing happened 2 years ago - with that one? I said something and they were like oh well. Then others are like cracking a safe when you need info to help with your own insurance but then you get two that make everything  Better.

thanks,

Aimee
