i am sorry ,in a state of confusion i asked a very ununderstandable  question and thanks cherry lane - u still somehow managed to read my mind.

actually just last week i recieved mycopy of the book  on cah i ordered through amazon.com

in it there was mentioned that acth test is done with that cortsyn injection just like how M.R  has mentioned,and when our pead didnt do it that way ,it created a chaos in my mind -  that does she really has the knowledge on treating cah or no?

i am to visit our doc tomorrow with the lab reports,i’ll ask her that why has she not done a stem test when she diagnosed my son with cah.it was an important test i assume.
