Oh, I hear the frustration in your message!!  I am 46yrs old and was diagnosed with LOCAH a couple of weeks ago.  My 3 kids have it, so they eventually got around to me!!  I know I am adrenally insufficient because of an ACTH stimulation test, however the endo said I probably have PCOS as well due to my weight.  I had 3 kids with no problems.  I’m going to a new endo and to NIH for testing at the end of July.  I would strongly suggest you find an endo you trust and have an ACTH stimulation test.  You are not alone and every single one of us on this message board felt lost at 1st as well.  There is a lot of support here and education.  Check out the CARES Foundation to learn more about LOCAH.
