I have a photo sent to me years ago, accompanied by an email telling about the death of one of the children in the story. I still have the photo saved, but several computer crashes later have lost the email. The email, though, told of the family which lived in a remote area of Montana or Wyoming, 45 minutes from the nearest hospital. Their son, who had CAH, had an adrenal crisis and they rushed him to the hospital, but by the time they got there it was too late.

I would be leery of living that far from a hospital.
