i am a farmer living in a pretty remote area. my daughter is almost 3 and has swcah. there is no better way for her to be raised in my opinion. as far as the medical side of the situation sometimes smaller is better. everybody around knows of her medical condition, i have every number in my cell phone on who to call if need be. cares foundation has a great pamplet on the procedures to follow medically to give to any doc, emt, er people so they understand the situation and they will treat the person correctly and immediately.
