I would not consider moving to a remote area unless you want to plan on having to drive lots or be a frequent flyer. In the last 7 months of my daughters life she’s been flown 3 times (by lifeflight) to a treatment facility that can handle her needs.  I live in a town of about 2000.. and there’s a hospital here but this last time they couldn’t even stick her for an IV and didn’t have solu-cortef in IM form...
